John Nemeth, Blind Willie’s—Harmonica master and singer Nemeth has been a professional musician for nearly a quarter century. He won numerous Blues Music Awards for his harp playing, as Soul/Blues Artist/Album of the Year and has toured relentlessly, even after a health scare concerning a tumor in his jaw took him off the road resulting in titling an album May Be the Last Time. Thankfully it was not, and he has recovered, back on stage where he belongs, digging into his soul/blues bag and supporting 2024s Feelin’ Freaky album.— Hal Horowitz
