From the venue:
The HBCU Film Festival is a short film festival providing the opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to exhibit their emerging work on the history and ongoing contributions of HBCUs.
At 11am, check in at the registration table in the 2nd Floor Lobby. A Southern style lunch will be provided for all registered guests.
At Noon, hear from an esteemed panel of artists, authors and administrators about the influence and impact of HBCUs. Bring your questions!
At 2pm, watch 5-10 minute short films about HBCU history and culture submitted by students from across the nation. Awards will be announced following screenings.
This event is free and open to the public.
