Weekly Wed Meditation Class

We meet weekly on Wednesdays at the Georgia Meditation Center from 7:00-8:30pm. We have been meeting since 2007 (with the exception of covid years) and have an amazing community of like-minded individuals. Our meditation sessions are conducted by certified meditation coaches and Buddhist monks.

Wed Meditation Class Schedule

7:00-7:20pm - Stretching/Intro
7:20-8:00pm - Meditation
8:00-8:30pm - Wisdom Talk
