Richard Kind: How Not To Be Famous, Atlanta Symphony Hall — Local media maven Mara Davis will moderate an evening with character actor Richard Kind at Symphony Hall. He will discuss his varied, 40-year career and take questions from the audience. That career has included work in the Oscar-winning movie ‘Argo,’ the Pixar film ‘Inside Out,’ Clint Eastwood’s ‘Hereafter,’ plus ‘A Serious Man’ and ‘Suburbicon,’ both made by the Coen brothers. Kind can currently be seen in the hit Hulu series ‘Only Murders in the Building.’
On Broadway, Kind’s appearance in ‘The Big Knife’ garnered him a Drama Desk Award and a Tony nomination. He also saw success in ‘The Producers,’ ‘The Tale of the Allergist's Wife,’ ‘Candide,’ and ‘Bounce.’ He started out in Chicago with the Practical Theatre Company, founded by Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Brad Hall.
