James Taylor & His All-Star Band, Tiny Habits, Synovus Bank Amphitheater at Chastain Park — The folk-pop legend, now 77, tours less than he used to, so this relatively rare date will surely sell out. His band, which gets equal billing, includes renowned guitarist Michael Landau, veteran horn player Lou Marini and a quartet of backing singers. Taylor’s bulging catalog of hits and popular album tracks is so extensive that you’re sure to hear something you love as much as miss another you’re looking forward to. But the 20-plus song set should push all the right retro buttons to make the largely graying audience remember their formative years sound-tracked by Taylor’s typical grace and class. — Hal Horowitz
