Nakato Chirashi Pop Up at Taqueria del Sol

All the Nakato guests who have missed sitting around the Sushi Bar this summer while Nakato is closed for renovations, can get their Sushi fix this Sunday at a Chirashi Pop-Up at neighboring restaurant, Taqueria del Sol.  Chirashi, which translates to "scattered Sushi," features a bed of seasoned sushi rice topped with a variety of the finest fish as well as fresh, seasonal vegetables.

4-Course Chirashi Dinner.

First Course:

Shrimp, scallop, and snow crab arranged with wakame seaweed and cucumber finished with a summery orange citrus and tosazu gelee

Anago Tempura with Green Tea Salt
