Soda City. Led by nationally recognized jazz trumpeter Mark Rapp, the 

Soda City Brass Band is bringing its signature blend of street-party funk and soulful tradition to our stage. A former student of the legendary Ellis Marsalis and a veteran of the New York jazz scene, Rapp infuses each performance with a deep respect for the city’s rich musical heritage. His trumpet work is celebrated for being both “lyrical and modern,” a style that honors the brass band tradition while pushing into fresh, funky territory.
