Join us for our interactive Jazz Talks with KSU Professor Trey Wright presented in partnership with the Jazz At The Strand series. The Jazz Talks will be located in our Lumiere Lounge. The remaining presentations are:
September 18, 2025: Got My Mojo Workin’: An Introduction to Blues Styles and Techniques
October 16, 2025: Django Reinhardt and the Quintette de Hot Club De France
November 6, 2025: Moanin’: Hard Bop and Art Blakey’s Jazz Messengers

ABOUT TREY WRIGHT:
Trey Wright is a jazz guitarist, composer, and recording artist based in Roswell, Ga. Trey spent his formative years as a musician in Athens performing with the jazz quartet Squat; a six-time winner of Best Jazz Band at the Flagpole Athens Music Awards and a featured artist at the Atlanta Jazz Festival, Bel Chere, the Twilight Athens Jazz Festival, the Cherry Blossom Festival, Harvest Midtown, and Athfest.
