Atlanta Blues Society Gathering & Jam, Napoleon’s — Get your Sunday blues vibe on with this month’s meet and greet. Music is provided by the Crossfire Blues Band but the real attraction is getting to chew the fat with other local blues fans. Many of those conversations will likely center around Kingfish’s sold out September concert that left everyone in attendance blown away. Talented folks can bring their instrument (or voice) and sign up for the closing blues jam, always a highlight of these gatherings. — Hal Horowitz

Our next Gathering & Jam will be on Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 3pm-6pm at the Napoleon’s in Decatur, Georgia. Our host band is the Crossfire Blues Band.
Napoleon’s is a new venue Gold Sponsor for us, however many of us have gone to music events there. They are a well respected restaurant and bar with high ratings in the local community. They feature a truly Chef-driven menu and serve both traditional and modern cocktails using fresh ingredients with a wide selection of craft and local beers on draft and in bottles.
We will have a jam, so bring your instruments and voices and show us what you’ve got. We will be raffling off prizes of Cathead Vodka, CD Packages, and other surprises. Proceeds of the raffle go toward our Blue Flame Fund to help local musicians in need.
This event is free, open to the public, and smoke-free.
