Join in an exploration of the endless bounty of plants with this semi-hands-on vegetarian cooking class led by Chef Naina Bhedwar of Kesar Kitchen. This class features a plant-powered and flavor-forward menu highlighting the bounty of spring with dishes like Asparagus & Green Pea Soup, Warm Salad with Baked Feta and Roasted Carrots, and Persian Rice Pudding with Rosewater. After preparing these seasonal dishes, guests sit down to enjoy a lovely meal together!
This class is ideal for individuals who enjoy vegetarian food and want to learn easy and inspiring recipes with vibrant spices that are easy to recreate at home and will have you reaching for more.

Chef Naina Bhedwar

Naina Bhedwar is a self-educated Chef whose passion for food, cooking and spices has taken her on a mission to demystify the cuisine of India, Persia & the Near East. 
Chef Naina is of Persian descent with roots in two regions of India. She has had the further privilege of living in all four corners of India as well as in Australia, the UK and now, Atlanta, giving her a broad, varied culinary foundation to continuously build upon. 
Kesar Kitchen, LLC (Kesar being the Sanskrit term for Saffron ~ Naina’s favorite spice) offers cooking classes and catering. The Chef guides you in preparing and presenting the endlessly varied and incredibly interesting food of India, Persia and the Near East. To the Chef, there is no greater salute to her ancestry. 
When she isn’t cooking or with her family, you will probably find Chef Naina meditating! She believes deeply in the power of food and cooking to keep you present, fully engaged with the senses and in the moment. In her unique program Feed Your Peace, she invites curious people to personalized sessions and workshops that more deeply explore this experience, bringing a love of cooking and consciousness together. 
Through delicious cooking classes, customized cooking parties, small catered events and workshops, Kesar Kitchen promises to educate, entertain and elevate!
