In this semi-hands-on class, learn the basics of how to make your own balanced botanical simple syrups and shrubs that can be customized to your taste. Roll up your sleeves and mix up a delicious mocktail or cocktail with muddled herbs/fruits and a syrup of your choice. Enjoy your libation alongside some complementary nibbles while Chef Chance also demonstrates how to make an herbal shrub for use in your homemade drinks.

About Chef Chance
