Our owner, Matt Coggin, remembered one night at 3am that he had entered a chili contest, and low and behold, he won!
That recipe has been a staple in our restaurant ever since, and now we're happy to serve it at our new location on the beltline. Slow cooked brisket chili is topped with sour cream, cheese, and jalapeños.
