.75oz earl grey simple
.75oz lemon juice
.5oz crème de cassis
3 dash earl grey bitters
Lemon peel and cherry to garnish
Bennett says “Inspired by my trip to England, my drink consists of Basil Hayden Whiskey, combined with a house made earl Grey simple syrup. Following that I have added fresh lemon juice and crème de cassis to compliment the whiskey. Finally, I have added 3 dashes of Earl grey bitters to bring forward the tea.”
