Maker's Mark 46 French Oaked Bourbon, Béarnaise oleo (lemon, lemongrass, tarragon, black peppers, cayenne pepper) dry white wine reduction (infused with shallots and tarragon) egg white, salt, pepper and cured egg yolk shaved on top.
