Scary Party 4 Beginning at Deadwood Saloon, this bar crawl aims to break the Guinness World Record for largest costumed bar crawl. Halloween Blackout Blowout 4 Havana Club and TAP have combined their efforts to bring live DJs, drink specials, dancing, and the chance to hang out with the people of TAP.
