A man is in custody in connection with the kidnapping and slaying early Friday of Mariam Abdulrab, 27, an Atlanta bartender who was reported missing around 5 a.m. and whose body was found just hours later near 1907 Lakewood Ave. 27-year-old Demarcus Brinkley was caught in Griffin following a high-speed chase and subsequent crash. cbs46.com/news
