The frenetic pace of real estate sales in the U.S. this year could be slowing down. The RE/MAX company says national numbers for August indicate the rate of home sales came down 3.5 percent and their median sale price fell 1.2 percent to $335,000. Conversely, a study conducted by Porch says the residential market in the Atlanta area could climb 18.1 percent in 2022. Atlanta is ranked 18 out of 51 large metropolitan markets expected to see the biggest increases within the next year. atlantaagentmagazine.com
