NEWS BRIEF: Major nighttime disruptions coming to northbound Ga. 400

All northbound lanes on Ga. 400 from I-285 to Hammond Drive will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Thursday and Friday nights, the Georgia Department of Transportation announced. The closures will allow for the demolition of the I-285 westbound bridge to Ga. 400 southbound.
Motorists going north on Ga. 400 should use Exit 4A and follow signs to I-285 eastbound and then exit at Ashford Dunwoody Road. The detour will make a left on Ashford Dunwoody and left again on I-285 westbound. Drivers should take Exit 27A to return to Ga. 400. The GDOT says all closures are subject to change due to weather or other factors. ajc.com
