Protesters took to the streets of downtown Atlanta on Tuesday in fury over a leaked opinion from the U.S. Supreme Court that, if approved, would severely limit access to abortion in Georgia and a majority of other states.
“This is one of the bigger rallies I’ve seen in recent months,” said Monica Johnson with the Party for Socialism and Liberation, organizer of the rally. “I believe it speaks to people understanding what’s happening around them, that more and more rights are being chipped away at and knowing that we need to fight.
