Each dish they serve up is packed with organic produce sourced from local farmers like those at College Park’s Metro Atlanta Urban Farm. The standout is their lasagna: layers of thinly sliced zucchini “noodles,” spinach and house-made chunky tomato sauce topped with drizzles of ooey gooey “cheese” made from raw pine nuts.
