The December cheese course led by Cheesemonger Carolyn Bender at Star Provisions will showcase French Classics 201 on Wednesday, December 16th at 6 p.m. This class will present a different selection of French formage (cheeses) than the 101 class and prior attendance at the 101 class is not required. The class features five cheeses and three wines for $27. Reservations are encouraged as the 45 minute class is limited to 20 participants.
