From the venue:The Fall Blackboard Series at BLT Steak Atlanta begins with the Fall Game Menu: Autumn-Spiced Foie Gras Mousse with bourbon-apple cider gelee and pumpkin seeds, entrÃ©e options of Braised Rabbit Truffle Tortellini with baby root vegetables, seasonal mushrooms and rabbit consommÃ©, and Venison Saddle with acorn squash, pomegranate, rye berries and porcini-madeira jus. The menu is finished with a choice of decadent desserts like the Pumpkin Doughnuts with a spiked Nutella hot chocolate and a Local Apple Tart with brown butter ice cream and ginger streusel. Each course has been expertly paired with a bourbon, scotch or whiskey.
