The Fall Blackboard Series at BLT Steak Atlanta begins with the Fall Game Menu: Autumn-Spiced Foie Gras Mousse with bourbon-apple cider gelee and pumpkin seeds, entrée options of Braised Rabbit Truffle Tortellini with baby root vegetables, seasonal mushrooms and rabbit consommé, and Venison Saddle with acorn squash, pomegranate, rye berries and porcini-madeira jus. The menu is finished with a choice of decadent desserts like the Pumpkin Doughnuts with a spiked Nutella hot chocolate and a Local Apple Tart with brown butter ice cream and ginger streusel. Each course has been expertly paired with a bourbon, scotch or whiskey.
