After working under Chef Guenter Seeger at the Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, Chef Shaun Doty relocated to Europe where he pursued culinary stints throughout France and Belgium. Tonight he reflects on his favorite springtime fare from Belgium, highlighting seasonal ingredients such as asparagus, endive, and – of course – fresh seafood. Attendees will get a first-hand taste of these Belgian specialties paired with Belgian beers as Chef Doty regales us with tales of his studies abroad. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by National Distributors and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.
