Tonight he reflects on his favorite springtime fare from Belgium, highlighting seasonal ingredients such as asparagus, endive, and â€“ of course â€“ fresh seafood. Attendees will get a first-hand taste of these Belgian specialties paired with Belgian beers as Chef Doty regales us with tales of his studies abroad.
