On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, food writer and photographer Chris Watkins will roll up his sleeves alongside Davio’s Executive Chef Matthew Rosekrans to prepare one of Chef Rosekrans’ favorite dishes: a Penne Applewood Smoked Chicken, served with sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts and cream.
100% of sales will be donated to Doggies on the Catwalk/Canine Assistants.
