YOGA WITH CATS is a beginner level one hour yoga class which benefits Good Mews cat shelter located in East Cobb. The class is held in the shelter which houses free-roaming cats currently up for adoption. The class fee goes directly to the care of the cats and kittens in the shelter. Class is limited to 15 students and takes place in the main cat room, so expect to share your yoga mat with a cat or 2! Open to 18 years old and over, and 13+ may attend with an adult. No experience necessary. Please bring your mat if you have one. Registration is required. New dates are added each month!
