Cocktail Class Presented by AIX’s Beverage Director Matthew Gibbons

On Thursday, April 9 at 6:30 p.m., AIX invites guests to head to their adjoining wine bar, Tin Tin, for a special cocktail class presented by beverage director, Matthew Gibbons! Join Matthew as he breaks down and explores one of the restaurant’s signature cocktails, Daisies and Rubies, as well as Spiked Sun Tea punch, perfect for enjoying during patio parties this spring! Attendees can plan on discussing everything from the basics of properly shaking a cocktail, to making your own shrubs and punches at home, all while enjoying light bites and custom cocktail creations.
