Join C&S Restaurant Group for the first ever Oyster Dinner with “Gold Coast Oyster Company” on Tuesday, March 9 at all 3 locations! C&S Restaurant Group is excited and honored to serve the extremely rare and fresh gulf oysters straight from local farmers in Adams Bay and surrounding areas in Louisiana. These salt water oysters are planted every year, grown to 3.5-4 inches and then caught wild, creating a meaty flavor yet a salty taste with a delicious sweet finish. This process allows the oysters to grow sustainably, increases the salinity and makes for a larger sized brine inside.
These gulf oysters will be offered on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. They will be served raw on the half-shell as well as chargrilled.
