Lazy Betty will be celebrating Valentine’s Day all week long with six- and eight-course tasting menus. Highlights include Vichyssoise Agnolotti with mussel pil pil, ocean froth & Iberico guanciale and Sauteed Blue Ridge Mountain Trout with creme fraiche potato, smoked trout cream, dill & trout roe.
