Madigan Recommends: TOP GUNNERTON: The Maverick Who Loved Me is doing fairly brisk business in Atlanta, as is “The Queen's Ball: A Bridgerton Experience.” A spoof combining elements of both is running amok at Petite Violette as part of their Murder, Mystery, and Mayhem dinner theater series. According to director Katie Kneeland, the show “is a timely take on an era of cut-throat high society competition. With costumes from the Regency Era, the show will transport guests back in time while immersing them in a murder mystery for the ages.” The interactive show above the main restaurant is paired with a four-course dinner of French victuals included in the ticket price. — KCM

Featuring the all-star production, cast, and crew formerly of the renowned Agatha's. Taste of Mystery, in downtown Atlanta, Murder, Mystery, and Mayhem at Petite Violette is an interactive murder mystery dinner unlike any other.

The event showcases unique, original, hilarious murder mysteries with live actors and audience participation, paired with a four-course dinner of fine French food and a glass of wine. The production changes quarterly to offer up fresh stories and mysteries, and special holiday show performances are available for groups. The cost per person is $75 plus tax (includes gratuity). Shows run Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 p.m., with check-in and horsdeuvres from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
