Earth Day Compost Giveaway

In celebration of Earth Day, Food Well Alliance is giving away free compost! Whether you are growing food in your backyard, have a bed at a community garden or operate a farm, all growers are welcome to stop by on Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22 to pick up what you need to get your spring garden started. Bring your shovels, bags, buckets, and trucks to load up on compost. We’ll also have bags available in case you need them.

Compost will be located outside in the parking lot of 970 Jefferson Street NW and available to collect at your convenience from 10 am - 3 pm on both Friday and Saturday.
