This month: Cyndi Craven & Jerry Brunner and Harm’s Way. Jerry Brunner and Cyndi Craven have been playing music together since the 1980s. Cyndi is also an accomplished songwriter and recording artist. Cyndi and Jerry are long-time favorites at Lena’s Place, Fiddler’s Green, Waller’s Coffeehouse and other venues. Their two guitars and two voices blend up an assortment of original songs and recast covers by folk music greats as well as lesser-known artists. Harm’s Way is an Atlanta-based folk/Americana music group that has entertained in the Southeast since the mid-1970s. Led by Harmon Koeltz, they play mostly monthly concert series, private events, parks or wineries, where their mostly acoustic sound is always well received. Their song list includes originals and many familiar classics by favorites such as Crosby, Still, Nash & Young, The Eagles and the Everly Brothers.
