POUND combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Curated to keep the heart rate elevated & burning calories for the duration of the session with the use of cardio machines, bodyweight movements, & moderate to light weights. While high intensity is the goal, HPF will program sweat workouts without excessive jumping or pounding on the joints.
The name of the game is cardio in sweat. You will not see any heavy weights in this class... But you will see sweat!
Limited spots will be available for each class and will be on a first come, first serve basis. If you are not able to attend, please release your tickets to allow others to enjoy! If advance registration is sold out, we will have limited on-site registration. Line up subject to change, follow us on social for the latest updates!
FREE Parking is available in the Mercedes-Benz Lot across from Gate 1 on the corner of Northside Dr. and Magnolia St. NW on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional parking will be available on an hourly basis in the Orange Deck.
Rideshare: Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Vine City MARTA Station and use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge to walk across Northside Drive to Gate 1.
MARTA: The preferred station for arrival and departure is the Vine City Station. This station will drop you off just across the street from Gate 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge at Northside Drive
