Southern Performing Arts Academy has been serving the metro Atlanta area for over twenty five years. We are a staff of highly sought after directors and teaching staff dedicated to providing the public with the highest expertise in the world of dance. SPAA offers a wide range of education for all levels of dance. Students have gone on to dance/train with notable companies such as Disney, New York City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, and the Houston Ballet and has received scholarship opportunities from many colleges and universities. Our students have the opportunity to audition and perform with our resident professional dance company, Southern Ballet Theatre. Our non-profit company, Southern Ballet Theatre is a member of Regional Dance America, which is a national association of dance companies founded in 1988 to promote the artistic development of dance companies throughout the United States.
