Sarah Dobson, a skilled Atlanta fitness coach, certified yoga instructor, and Lululemon ambassador, will lead a rejuvenating yoga session designed to help you connect with your body and find inner peace, all while cuddling adorable puppies. Sarah brings her extensive experience from teaching at CorePower Yoga and SolidCore, ensuring a session filled with expert guidance and positive energy.
No prior yoga experience is necessary—everyone is welcome! This unforgettable event will include a light warm-up, a relaxing yoga flow, and plenty of opportunities for puppy cuddles.
