To preserve and elevate the vibrant experimental spirit of KBC, we’re revamping the sign-up process. Below is a summary of the new process:
KIRKWOOD BALLERS CLUB PARTICIPATION SUMMARY
Sign-Up To Perform:
Fill out the form with your details and any required information. Please use an active email as you will be contacted by an event organizer.
Confirmation Email:
At the end of the month, you will receive a confirmation email from the production manager for KBC to confirm your final scheduled showtime. Please respond promptly if you are unable to perform, so we can finalize your promotional asset.
Promotional Asset & Lineup Announcement:
Once confirmed, you will receive a promotional asset via email within approximately 24 hours, along with the full lineup of artists performing, to help promote the engagement.
Day of the Event:
Please arrive at the venue at least one hour before your set time and check in with the sound engineer to be assigned your stage.
