About this event
Event lasts 3 hours

On Monday, November 4, join Slow Food Atlanta for our inaugural Snail Trail event. We will eat our way through the Summerhill neighborhood learning about Slow Food Atlanta’s Snail of Approval program and the relationships between farmers, chefs, and conscious eaters. This three-hour progressive dinner experience includes six courses, cocktails, and storytelling from Snail of Approval awardees: Little Bear, Talat Market, and Little Tart. The evening will also feature ingredients and produce from Snail of Approval awardees: Atlanta Harvest, Riverview Farms, Love is Love Farm, and Herbs and Kettles.

All proceeds from this event support Slow Food Atlanta’s Snail of Approval program and its Snail of Support grantmaking program, which funds projects at small farms, addresses food insecurity through the distribution of good meals, supports Atlantans’ attendance at Terra Madre, and more.

Where and when will this take place?

We’ll begin at Little Bear and walk to Talat Market and finish at Little Tart’s Big Softie. The entire route is .9 mile. If you’re able, walking with the group is encouraged though not required. Restaurants are 12 minutes from each other.

We will have two separate seatings each with a maximum of 30 people per seating. The first seating will start at 6:00pm and the second seating will start at 7:15pm.

What happens if it rains?

This event is happening rain or shine. You may want to bring a raincoat or umbrella for the walk.
