Executive Chef Chad Clevenger has created a menu that ignites the senses, featuring wood-fired roasted oysters Rockefeller with parmesan and pancetta, and a fresh salad of pickled beets, radicchio, herbed goat cheese, and candied walnuts. Entrée special options include Georgia shrimp etouffee served with heirloom corn johnny cake, pickled okra, and spiced pork rinds, or a perfectly cooked filet mignon accompanied by coconut creamed greens, roasted carrots, an onion ring, and bordelaise sauce. Dessert features a sweet potato icebox cake— the sweetest finish.
