Yonder Mountain String Band, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Railroad Earth, Tabernacle — Prepare for lots of plinking and plunking as this exciting triple bill explores backwoods, mountain and mostly acoustic roots music with various spins on the organic sound. All three acts have been around for years — with debuts in 2001 and 1999 respectively, while the youngster Donato, whose new album arrives next month, is a relative newcomer — and deliver the rustic, improv-heavy goods. Their jaw-dropping instrumental talents are as accomplished as their songwriting abilities, which makes this a must-see event for bluegrass and Americana loving fans. — Hal Horowitz
