Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into Ceviche Sessions, an all-new monthly dinner series at Tio Lucho’s, kicking off Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 6 p.m. This intimate, communal-style experience brings seafood front and center, with Owner and Chef Arnaldo Castillo breaking down the catch of the day right at the table and turning it into a multi-course feast. First up, Tiradito made fresh on the spot, followed by a main course featuring chef’s choice of preparation—grilled, fried, or braised—paired with organic jasmine rice and seasonal sides. Guests will be welcomed with a hand-selected glass of wine.
