Join us for a special premiere screening of Shari & Lamb Chop at the Center For Puppetry Arts. Before Sesame Street or Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, Shari Lewis was captivating audiences with her lovable cast of puppets: Lamb Chop, Charlie Horse, and Hush Puppy. A true pioneer, she used her puppets not just to entertain, but to express ideas that women of her era often weren’t allowed to say aloud. From Saturday morning TV to late-night talk shows and Las Vegas stages, Shari built a playful, non-judgmental world that invited audiences of all ages to be the best versions of themselves.
