Making the crust is often the hardest part of getting a pie to turn out well. Elevate your pies or gain a completely new skill when you learn how to make flaky, delicious pie crust from scratch in this class that is perfect for beginner to intermediate bakers.
Chef Chance demonstrates a classic pie crust recipe along with troubleshooting tips and ideas for getting the crust right for your chosen filling. Decorative techniques and other uses for pie crust will be covered, time permitting. Taste a sample at the end of class with some hot apple cider and take home a few full pie recipes to try at home.
