ONLINE: This workshop explores the nexus between restorative justice principles andmediation, offering participants practical strategies to integrate values likeaccountability, inclusion, and healing into their mediation practice. Participantswill examine how restorative justice aligns with and differs from traditionalmediation approaches, and explore ways to incorporate restorative values intotheir mediation practice. Through interactive discussions, real-worldexamples,and practical tools, mediators will gain strategies to supportdialogue,repair harm, and foster accountability. The session also includesopportunities for reflection, peer learning, and developing a personalizedtoolkit for restorative mediation.
