Valentine’s Day dinner for two allows lovers to enjoy Valentine’s Day without the stress. For the first course, gulf crab fritter with avocado and Thai pepper essence. For the second course, choose from thyme cured tenderloin of beef or slow-cooked halibut, both served with filet beans, truffle vinaigrette and potato puree. The third course includes Old Chatham Hudson Valley Camembert heart with dried fruit, Marcona almonds, Savannah bee honey and a demi baguette. Complete the perfect night with decadent Valrhona chocolate, Oregon hazelnut, heart tart and a rose macaron.
