Behind the Dark Gray Wall
From the venue:
Behind the Dark Gray Wall is an emotional one-act play, which combines many award-winning poems and short vignettes by playwright Larry N. Stromberg.
The play examines the mental, physical, and spiritual state of a diverse group of men and women who have been locked away for their crimes. Many of the scenes depicted in this show are based on true, firsthand accounts of life in prison. This play examines exactly how this imprisonment truly affects each of the detainees’ inner souls in their day-to-day struggles of prison life.
The touching and sometimes heart-warming ways in which these stories are presented will certainly echo in the hearts of audiences for a lifetime.
